Darlan was the top scorer of the match with sixteen points. The Viva Vôlei trophy went to libero Douglas Pureza.

Last and decisive game for the teams, with a spot for the semifinal of the Superliga, SESI – SP and Vôlei Renata entered the court concentrated. Faced with the difficulties imposed by the opponents, both teams managed to stand out with their attack.

The balance remained until the final half of the set, where the service and blocking ratio of the home team made the difference. Darlan, the highlight of the match, unbalanced not only in the turn of the ball but also in the serve, giving the minimum advantage to SESI – SP that did not waste and closed the partial in 25 to 23.

The second set started in the same way as the first set: with a lot of balance. Douglas Pureza and Alê, liberos of the match, swept the back court and put on a show. From the tenth point, things started to go wrong for Anderson Rodrigues’ men. Victor Birigui, Darlan and Éder wereted chances to score and with that, Vôlei Renata was opening up the lead.

The set had an advantage of five points for the visitors but, in a good pass of Éder and with the inversion of the net promoted by Anderson with the entry and PV and Mateus, saw the advantage disappear and more than that, if turn it into an advantage for the hosts, who, with Darlan’s show, closed the second half at 25-23 after an incredible turnaround.

The third set was absolutely dominated by the boys from SESI – SP. With the advantage on the scoreboard, the paulistanos took a risk on the serve and put the team from the city of Campinas in great difficulty. Opposite Olympic champion Evandro, on a very uninspired night, couldn’t help. Adriano, limited by an ankle injury, Lucão and Damian González tried to keep the team alive.

But, on the other hand, the kids from SESI – SP were unstoppable. Everything worked out for the owners of the house, who opened up a great advantage not to lose more. End of set, 25 to 14 and three sets to zero.

SESI – SP now faces Sada Cruzeiro, with the advantage of commanding the court for the Minas Gerais team, which was second in the classification phase of the Superliga.
