One of the most prominent names in the history of Vasco da Gama, Roberto Dynamite, 68 years old, facing cancer treatment. A video, which circulated on social media on Wednesday, 2, shows the dejected former player, walking slowly through the corridors of a hospital, with a probe in his nose. Sports fans from different groups were moved by the image, wishing the idol well.
The former player was diagnosed with a tumor last year. In December, he underwent non-invasive bowel surgery. Since then, the former top scorer of the Rio de Janeiro club has been undergoing chemotherapy sessions. Faced with the repercussion, the son of the ace, Rodrigo Dynamite, reassured fans about the father’s health status. “Hey guys, I know the video scares those who don’t live with him, but I’m here leaving the message that he is fine and undergoing treatment. Weight loss is natural, anyone who has had it knows that treatment is not easy. But God willing soon he will be back with everyone”.
